Many of you shared the same obstacles: navigating the closed business culture and dealing with the fierce competition out there. For career changers, the lack of experience in a new field adds extra weight to the challenge. In the upcoming charts we will see how women see their professional image.

When it came to how frequently you update your LinkedIn Profile, only 2 answered monthly. Everyone else did not find it that important specially those with strong and personal networks.

Participants predominantly rely on LinkedIn for building their professional image. showcasing skills and staying up to date with market trends (what is going on in my industry?). There’s a clear demand for guidance in effectively leveraging digital tools, personal branding strategies, and continuous skill improvement (what should we focus on?) to stand out in a new competitive market.

BUT, we don’t want to feel overwhelmed with more information that wont help. When it comes to how often you want to have market insights specific to your personal brand you answered the following.

While the journey was overwhelming at times—especially for those feeling lost in the Finnish job market—many found moments of pride and motivation. Some felt prouder than they thought, realizing how much they've already accomplished in building their personal brands.
